David Deda is a partner in the law firm. His practice emphasizes accident and injury cases. He is an experienced trial lawyer who has obtained verdicts over a million dollars and settlements over a million dollars while representing people injured in accidents. Thorough preparation, reputation and success in past cases makes it possible to reach a fair settlement in many personal injury cases without the need for a jury trial.
